Namaste & Brunch in Walnut Creek

Do you like morning yoga? Do you enjoy Sunday brunch with friends?
If you have said yes to both of these questions, then you will be perfect for Namaste & Brunch. On Sunday, November 3rd, True Food Kitchen of Walnut Creek, CA will be opening their restaurant doors to host our morning yoga class. This will be a unique experience, as you will be wearing silent disco headphones during your practice for an immersive 75min yoga flow. You will be lead through a class where distractions are thrown out the window for you will only be able to hear the teacher’s voice and the musical sounds that bring you to final resting pose.
Once your chakras have been aligned and your body has been stretched, we will have everyone exit the restaurant as the staff will need to prepare for brunch, opening at 10am. For all those who joined us for yoga, you will receive a 15% discount on brunch. There will be a few group tables reserved in the “Bee Hive”, so we can get to know each other and share this wonderful experience together. (note: Cost of food is not included in registration.)
All levels welcome. Please BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT.

Schedule for Sunday, November 3rd:
7:45-8:15am – Sign in, receive headphones, set up yoga mat
8:15am – Yoga class BEGINS
9:30am – Yoga class ENDS
9:30-10:00am – Yogis exit into Broadway Plaza Square while True Food Kitchen sets up to open at 10am
10:00am – Yogis enjoy 15% discount off True Food Kitchen’s brunch menu
